Casinacho Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and EVENTA DIGITAL LIMITADA, the company incorporated in Costa Rica that operates casinacho.com. The agreement governs account registration and use, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. These Terms are in force from 22 April 2025 and the prevailing language is English. By accessing or using the service in any capacity, you accept these Terms in full.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica, and any dispute arising under them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Costa Rica. The service covers casino, live casino, sports betting, and esports betting, all accessible through a single account and wallet. Account Registration and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the service. Residents of the following jurisdictions are not permitted to register or play: the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Spain, the Netherlands, Curaçao, Israel, Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, and all other territories listed in our published restricted-countries notice. Only one account per person is permitted; duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances or winnings may be forfeited. You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration details, and you are required to update those details promptly if they change. We carry out identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal and may repeat this check at any subsequent point at our discretion, including when deposits are made. We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account that breaches these Terms, and to report relevant activity to regulatory or law-enforcement bodies where required.

Deposits and Withdrawals

We accept deposits by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, and Litecoin. The minimum qualifying deposit for the casino welcome package is €15 and for the sportsbook welcome package is €20; minimum deposit thresholds for other purposes vary by country and by payment method, and the applicable figure is displayed at the point of deposit. Withdrawals are processed within 72 hours on our side, after which the receiving payment method’s own transfer timeline applies. The minimum withdrawal is €50 to €120 depending on your country of residence and the payment method selected. Wins above €10,000 may be paid in monthly instalments of up to €10,000 until the full amount is settled. A per-day, per-week, or per-month withdrawal cap may apply depending on your Loyalty Rank; the current limit is shown in the Withdrawal section of the Cashier. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, and the payment instrument must be personally owned and registered in your name. Before any withdrawal is processed, active deposited funds must be played through at least three times as an anti-money-laundering measure, and your account must be fully verified.

Bonuses and Promotions

Each promotion published on the site carries its own specific terms, but the following standard rules apply across the platform unless a promotion states otherwise. The default wagering requirement is 40x the bonus amount, reduced to 35x for the HighRoller bonus and 5x for sportsbook welcome bonuses. During any active bonus, the maximum permitted bet is €5 on slots and €10 on live games, including doubled bets and purchased bonus rounds. The maximum amount you may withdraw from bonus winnings is ten times the bonus value; winnings from free spins and no-deposit offers are capped at €50. Game contributions toward wagering are as follows: slots 100%, buy-feature rounds 50%, live roulette and blackjack 10%, instant-win games 5%, and table games, scratch cards, and other live games 0%. Bonuses are sticky, meaning real-money funds are wagered first and withdrawal is unavailable until wagering is complete. Only one bonus may be active at a time, and bonuses cannot be combined. Welcome Package bonuses expire after 7 days from receipt; all other bonuses expire after 14 days unless the specific promotion states a different period. Entering a promotional code forfeits any automatically credited Welcome Package bonus. We reserve the right to void bonus winnings and close accounts where we identify bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, use of multiple payment instruments, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures.

Responsible Gambling

You may set loss limits and other account-level restrictions through the responsible gambling tools available in your account; please note that deposit limits cannot be applied to cryptocurrency deposits, and other available tools cover that case. Full details of all available tools, including cooling-off periods and self-exclusion, are set out on our dedicated Responsible Gambling page. Requesting self-exclusion closes your account immediately, and we take reasonable steps to prevent a new account being opened under the same identity. No prize is awarded in respect of a win that occurs while a cooling-off period is active on your account.

Dispute Resolution

Cases that cannot be resolved at front-line level are escalated within the support department, and you will be kept informed of the status of your complaint to a reasonable degree throughout the process. If a complaint is not resolved at management level, you may refer the matter to an independent body, gaming authority, or the licensing regulator listed on the Website. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time, and significant changes will be notified to you by email or by on-site notice prior to taking effect. The current version of the Terms, together with its effective date, is always available on this page. Continued use of the service after an update has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
